Payment & Shipping Policy
By purchasing from our shop you have read and agree to our shop policies. Please take time to read the Payment & Shipping policy and the entire product listing description for the item that you want to order.
~ Price listed in the shop is in USD.
~ We accept payment through Paypal only for all purchases.
~ For local Singapore buyers, if you do not have Paypal, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for local bank transfer payment arrangement. Exchange rate is applicable.
~ Orders are shipped from Singapore.
~ All orders will be shipped via SingPost.
~ All orders will be shipped using the shipping address stated in your Paypal only. Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address in your Paypal especially the country you resides in.
~ Your orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment.
~ If your purchase is made during the weekend or public holiday (in Singapore), it will be shipped within the next 3 business days. Please refer to Singapore Holidays on the side bar for reference.
~ For all made-to-order items, orders will take a minimum of 3-5 days to process and will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after the 7th day.
~ Total purchase value above USD30 will automatically be registered with tracking number that requires signature confirmation upon receipt of package.
~ For orders that do not include tracking number (total purchase value below USD30), if you would like your package to be registered, you are required to top up an additional USD2.00. You can purchase it here.
~ For local Singapore delivery, shipment is estimated to take between 3-4 business days.
~ *IMPORTANT* For INTERNATIONAL delivery during the upcoming holiday season (Christmas & New Year) and year-end holidays, shipment is expected to take between 2-3 weeks, subject to your country's local postal delivery service and any customs clearance in your country and local delivery schedule, which are not within our control.
~ Please note that you will be responsible for your country's individual customs and taxes, if applicable.
LOST, DAMAGED, INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND STOLEN PACKAGES
~ We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
~ We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you're concerned about lost or stolen packages, we would advise that you upgrade to registered mail that requires signature to receive the package.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE
~ All sales are FINAL.
~ All sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless your items arrive damaged, missing or we accidentally sent you the wrong item. Please contact email@example.com and we will assist you the best we can.
